We work with you to transcribe your sermons and turn them into compelling, well-structured manuscripts that capture your unique voice and message. This package includes transcribing sermons/messages, crafting the manuscript in your voice, editorial services, book cover design using Canva, and formatting of the manuscript into both paperback and eBook formats. Your book will be published under the TWS Publishing imprint and made available on Amazon KDP as both paperback and Kindle editions, all under your own KDP account. Full Publishing Package

Our Full Publishing Package offers a comprehensive solution to bring your book to life. This package includes a thorough manuscript review, professional editorial

services (copy/line editing and final proofreading), and book cover design (front, back, and spine) using Canva. We also provide formatting of your manuscript into both paperback and eBook formats. Your book will be published under the TWS Publishing imprint and made available on Amazon KDP as both paperback and Kindle editions, all under your own KDP account. Partners in Publishing (PIP)

Package

The Partners in Publishing (PIP) Package is designed for experienced authors who submit a completed manuscript that has been fully edited and proofread by a TWS-

approved editor or proofreader. This package is not available for first-time authors. Once we receive your manuscript, we provide the following services: a quick proofread (not a detailed one), book cover design (front, back, and spine) using Canva, formatting of the manuscript into both paperback and eBook formats, and publishing under the TWS Publishing imprint on Amazon KDP as both paperback and Kindle editions, all under your own KDP account. This package ensures your book is professionally prepared and ready for publication, making it accessible to a wide audience.

Refresh Package

Breathe new life into your already published book with our Refresh Package. We'll revitalize your book with a fresh layout and, if needed, a new cover and title. Your book will

be republished under the TWS Publishing imprint. We provide you with updated files for both paperback and Kindle editions to upload to your KDP account, along with suggestions for Amazon categories and keywords to maximize your book's visibility. This package includes a quick proofread but does not include copy or line editing unless specifically requested. Please note, the author must hold publishing rights and copyrights for us to perform these services, and verification will be requested. Can I update or revise my book after it's published?

Yes, you can update or revise your book. Additional costs may apply, depending on the extent of the revisions.

How long will the publishing process take?

Timelines vary by project, but most books take 4–6 months from start to finish once editing begins. Factors such as word count, editing level, and design complexity can extend that timeline.

If you require a faster turnaround, rush projects can be accommodated but will incur additional costs. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific timeline needs.

Can I provide my own artwork or graphics for the book cover?

Yes, you can provide your own artwork or graphics for the book cover. We will work with you and your chosen artist to ensure the design meets our quality standards. If the artwork is not owned by you, you must provide appropriate licensing for its use. This ensures all copyright requirements are met and allows us to produce a professional and legal final product.

Who owns a TWS book?

You do. As the author, you retain full copyright and ownership of your work. TWS Publishing provides professional publishing services under our imprint, but your book remains legally yours.

Will TWS market my book for me?

Marketing is normally the responsibility of our authors, however, TWS does offer "Marketing + Launch Strategy" services.

What formats will my book be available in?

TWS publishes books in both paperback and ebook formats.

Will my published book be available in bookstores?

Currently, we distribute books through Amazon KDP and B&N Press. We do not offer distribution to physical retail bookstores (e.g., Barnes & Noble) at this time.

What if I want more than standard publishing support?

What determines final pricing?

Pricing is based on word count, editing needs, illustrations/photos, and the complexity of the cover and layout design. We provide a clear custom quote after reviewing your manuscript.

What is the cost of publishing a book with TWS?

Every project is unique, but to give you a sense of scale: publishing a standard 50,000-word manuscript (200 page est.) with copy/line editing, cover design, interior formatting (ebook + paperback), proofreading, and publishing setup typically starts at $4,500.

Manuscripts that require deeper theological or developmental editing will be quoted separately.

What if I have already edited it?

TWS requires editing for most books, with the exception of the Refresh Package for previously published books. We will review your manuscript and advise on the necessary editing needed.

How are royalties handled?

All books are published under your Amazon KDP account, which means you receive 100% of the royalties directly from Amazon. TWS does not take a percentage of your sales.
